All content on the VAC platform, including but not limited to movies, music, pictures, text, software and code, are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, display, or sell such content without authorization.
6. Content use license
The VAC grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable limited use license to access and use the content on the Platform in compliance with this clause. You may not use the platform content for any commercial purposes, except with prior express written permission from the VAC.

Any dispute arising from this term of Service shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiations fail, any dispute shall be submitted to the court of jurisdiction where the VAC is headquartered and local law shall apply.
